Gen. Icius Simon, 1876 [urn:lsid:nmbe.ch:spidergen:03000 ]
N.B.: type species is not the I. notabilis of Simon, 1871, which is a misidentification of I. subinermis Simon, 1937 (Prószyński, 1983a: 46); considered a senior synonym of Pseudicius Simon, 1885 by Andreeva, Heciak & Prószyński, 1984: 350, but evidence presented by Maddison, 1987: 103, makes this synonymy dubious, and Prószyński, 1987: 151, 164, considers that they "should be considered separate genera."
