N.B.: Eryciniolia is a replacement name for Erycina Urquhart, 1891, type Erycina violacea Urquhart, 1891, S of Eryciniolia purpurapunctata; Erycina is preoccupied in Lepidoptera, Mollusca and Reptilia. Eryciniolia is the original spelling, mistakenly listed as Eryciniola by Bonnet and as Erycinicola by Roewer and Brignoli; transferred from the Linyphiidae to Tetragnathidae because of Forster's (Forster, 1980: 281, 283) association of the genus with Nanometa.
