Family: Gnaphosidae Banks, 1892 [urn:lsid:nmbe.ch:spiderfam:0054] Back
Gen.
Marinarozelotes Ponomarev, 2020 [urn:lsid:nmbe.ch:spidergen:04642 ]
N.B.: the genus was firstly named Simonizelotes by Marinaro, 1967: 702, but as there was no type species designated this is a nomen nudum; nevertheless Platnick & Murphy, 1984: 3 synonymzed it with Trachyzelotes; Levy, 1998c: 102 tried to validate the name, but failed as he clearly attributed the authorship to Marinaro; finally Ponomarev (in Ponomarev & Shmatko, 2020: 128) made it valid, but with the new name Marinarozelotes; regarded as subgenus of Zelotes Gistel, 1848 by Wunderlich, 2023: 62.
