Neolanidae Forster & Wilton, 1973 considered a junior synonym of Amphinectidae by Jocqué & Dippenaar-Schoeman, 2006: 66. Transfer of Holomamoea and Huara to Cicurinidae (Murphy & Roberts, 2015: viii) as well as transfer of the former Neolanidae to Amaurobiidae (Murphy & Roberts, 2015: ix) not sufficiently justified and is not accepted here. The former Neolanidae transferred from Amphinectidae to Stiphididiae by Wheeler et al., 2017: 608 and six genera (Baiami, Barahna, Cambridgea, Corasoides, Ischalea, Nanocambridgea) transferred from Stiphididiae to Desidae by Wheeler et al., 2017: 606.
