list
N.B.: Ranked as a family by Forster & Wilton, 1973: 128, contra Lehtinen, 1967: 331, who placed the group as a subfamily of Amaurobiidae; see notes under Bakala and Manjala (Desidae). Separation of Cambridgeidae fam. n. (Murphy & Roberts, 2015: viii) not sufficiently justified and is not accepted here. Neolanidae Forster & Wilton, 1973 considered a junior synonym of Amphinectidae by Jocqué & Dippenaar-Schoeman, 2006: 66. Transfer of Holomamoea and Huara to Cicurinidae (Murphy & Roberts, 2015: viii) as well as transfer of the former Neolanidae to Amaurobiidae (Murphy & Roberts, 2015: ix) not sufficiently justified and is not accepted here. The former Neolanidae transferred from Amphinectidae to Stiphididiae by Wheeler et al., 2017: 608 and six genera (Baiami, Barahna, Cambridgea, Corasoides, Ischalea, Nanocambridgea) transferred from Stiphididiae to Desidae by Wheeler et al., 2017: 606.
